ABOUT THE PROGRAM

The Ab Program is a Program that is built to not only tone and define your core but to strengthen your core. The Ab Program is my personal abdominal workout plan, it includes workouts for your upper abs, lower abs, core, and obliques. These movements are proven not just with me but with many different fitness enthusiasts. As basic some of these movements may seem, they are proven to get you the abs that you want. Sometimes the most simplest movements can make a huge difference. I personally use these movements everyday, not only are they extremely simple, but they are extremely effective when it comes to building your core and obliques. Once you start the Ab Program you will realize that it was more than what you were expecting. A lot of people tend to overthink the concept of abs and the abdominal structure, but all it requires is simple movements and a focused mindset. Let your journey to abs begin.
